Michael Canares
Bio
Michael Canares is a Ford Foundation International Fellow. He is an Assistant Professor at Holy Name University-Philippines and a development facilitator at the university's Center for Local Governance. His research interests are participatory local governance, poverty reduction, and sustainable rural livelihoods.
