Bio

Leonardo Paz Neves, M.A. in Political Science from Instituto de Pesquisa Universitário do Rio de Janeiro (IUPERJ), is researcher and program coordinator of the Group of Analysis of International Conflict Prevention (GAPCon) of the Candido Mendes University (UCAM)/Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
